ENHANCE THE IN-FIELD EXPERIENCE, BECOME PART OF THE COMMUNITY
Experience Partnerships
You can help bring the jungle to life by providing the services, spaces, products, or expertise that enhance the field experience for participants. These partnerships connect learners and explorers with trusted local organizations, conservation areas, accommodations, and operators that share JGI’s commitment to safe, authentic, and impactful jungle experiences.
From hosting immersive training environments to supporting logistics, conservation activities, equipment, or cultural experiences, Experience Partners play a vital role in creating meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with the natural world.
Seahorse Point Nature Reserve partners with JGI by providing a unique field environment where participants can apply their skills, explore diverse ecosystems, and gain hands-on experience in a real jungle setting.
BUILD A MORE SKILLED, CONFIDENT, AND GUEST-FOCUSED ADVENTURE WORKFORCE
Employment and Workforce Development Partnerships
The future of tourism depends on people who can do more than deliver a service — they create experiences guests remember. JGI partners with resorts, tourism operators, and adventure organizations to develop local talent through structured training, certification, and career pathways that prepare individuals to safely lead, interpret, and deliver exceptional jungle experiences.
Addressing the Workforce Gap in Adventure & Nature Tourism
Many tourism operators face a growing challenge: finding skilled team members who have the technical knowledge, safety awareness, storytelling ability, and confidence required to deliver high-quality outdoor experiences. We help close this gap by transforming local talent into capable, certified professionals who are ready to support the needs of today’s adventure traveler.
Through workforce development partnerships, we help organizations build a stronger talent pipeline while creating meaningful employment opportunities for local communities.
Why It Matters
In today’s tourism market, guests are not simply booking activities — they are seeking transformative experiences. The quality of the guide and the story they tell often becomes the defining moment of a trip.
A well-trained guide can turn a jungle walk into a lifelong memory, a safety briefing into a moment of trust, and a destination visit into an experience guests share, recommend, and return for.
For resorts and tourism operators, investing in experience-driven workforce development can lead to:
Stronger guest satisfaction and reviews
Increased referrals and repeat bookings
Greater confidence in safety and risk management
Improved employee retention and career growth
A stronger connection with local communities
A differentiated guest experience in a competitive market
What a Partnership Could Look Like
We work with resorts and tourism operators to design customized workforce development programs that align with operational needs, including:
Employee Training & Certification: Upskill existing staff with internationally recognized jungle safety, first aid, guiding, interpretation, and leadership skills.
Career Pathway Programs: Create clear progression from entry-level roles through assistant guide, certified jungle guide, and specialized leadership positions.
Talent Pipeline Development: Partner with local communities, schools, and organizations to identify and prepare future tourism professionals.
Experience Design Support: Train teams to go beyond logistics and create meaningful, immersive guest experiences that inspire connection, learning, and adventure.
Operational Readiness: Build a workforce capable of safely managing remote environments, guest expectations, and unexpected challenges.
Creating the Next Generation of Jungle Experience Leaders
We help tourism organizations move from simply offering activities to creating unforgettable experiences — powered by skilled, confident, and passionate local professionals.
Together, we can build the workforce that will define the future of adventure and nature-based tourism.
